We are a brand owned and managed by Salt Creatives Pte Ltd. We operate the website at www.saltstore.com (the “Site”) and when you buy a product from the Site (“Product”), you buy it from Salt Creatives Pte Ltd.<\/p>

Your order via the Site for a Product is an offer to buy that Product from us.<\/p>

When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email listing each Product you have requested to buy.<\/p>

This order confirmation email is an acceptance of your offer by us. It is a contract made between us for you to buy, and for us to sell, the Product that you have requested to buy. A follow up email will be sent you to notify you of the details of delivery\/collection of goods.<\/p>

Our prices include GST but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. See our Delivery Policy for more information on this.<\/p>

Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed. Subject to stock availability, we will despatch earliest possible so the order is delivered to you within our promised timeline.<\/p>

In the event if we are unable to fulfil your orders which payment has been made, a full refund will be made to you.<\/p>

Our standard SG delivery service is free on all orders above $100. If you select an express delivery method there will be a delivery charge. There will be a delivery charge of $5 for each order.<\/p>

The Consumer Act of Singapore only apply to certain categories of products, that means you cannot change your mind and send back and they are as follows: Products that have been personalised for you, including items that have been tailored or altered by you Products that have been damaged due to use.<\/p>

We will issue you with a refund within 14 days of acceptance of your refund request.<\/p>

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase as they deemed defective or of unacceptable quality, you may proceed to request for a refund.<\/p>

Please send us an email at refund@saltcreatives.com stating the defective conditions\/quality issues together with photos of the defects and your purchase receipt\/invoice within 5 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>

Upon acceptance of you refund request, an email will be sent to you followed by a refund via Pay pal or PayNow.<\/p>

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession as we may arrange to pick up them up from you upon confirmation of refund.<\/p>

For garments, it is important that washing instructions are followed exactly as stated on the label.<\/p>

All T-shirt or accessories designs, trademarks, and all other marks, trade names, brand names, business names, illustrations, images, logos, registered or unregistered designs on Saltees products or the website (www.saltstore.com ) are intellectual property of Salt Creatives Pte Ltd, copyrights and other intellectual property rights applies.<\/p>

You are licensed to use the material on the Site on a very limited basis: just to use the Site as intended and in accordance with these T&Cs for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use any part of our Site.<\/p>
